1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar granules
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 Baking powder
1 cup curd
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 teaspoon coffee
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180 deg F or 35-40 degree Celsius and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar curd and pinch of salt till sugar melt fully
Add baking soda and baking powder then slowly add vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well until the batter is smooth at this stage. Add vanilla essence and combine well.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smoothen the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool it completely.
Once the cake has cooled, you can frost it with your favorite icing or enjoy it as it is.
